It's a lovely day in Velika. As you make your way down the sidewalk you're distracted by the morning bustling of merchants and bakers, the giggling of children off to their daily lessons and the rhythmic clippity clopity off a passing horse and rider. You take in a deep breath of fresh air, smiling to yourself and the rest of the city, away in a daze when all of a sudden...

WOOSH, SMACK!

A forceful blow to your chest knocks you off your balance. Stumbling backwards, you quickly turn your head to search for whatever flew past you and catch only a glimpse of a long tail attached to a short, stout, unidentifiable popori, pushing through the crowds of Velika at an alarmingly fast rate. You shake your head, trying to steady yourself, and when your gaze falls downward you find the source of the audible "SMACK" you'd just heard; a letter taped to your chest. Moving off to the side, you take it off and study it, squinting at the nearly illegible handwriting.

You think for a moment, then hurry off to the nearest warehouse to immediately find Mr. Frugal's picture staring back at you from a window:

Will you help a known criminal? The reward is tempting...

Instructions
Should you choose to help Mr. Frugal...

• You must take the image provided of Mr. Frugal and disguise him any way you'd like to, then post it in this thread before the deadline to throw the Valkyon Federation off!
  
  
• Contestants will be judged on the creativity of their work by the TERA Fans staff.

Rules

• For your entry, you must use the base image provided and post the completed entry in this thread to be eligible.
  
  
• Entries must be PG13 or under or they will be disqualified. The TERA Fans staff reserves the right to deem an entry inappropriate.
  
  
• Participants must be 18 years or older.
  
  
• Unfortunately, we can only ship the grand prize within the U.S., so only U.S. citizens will be eligible for that prize. However, anyone can participate and be eligible for the honorable mention title.
  
  
• TERA Fans staff members are not eligible to enter.
  
  
• There's a limit of two entries per-person.

It took quite a bit of time to find all of the necessary items, but find them she did. It took an even longer amount of time to locate the mysterious "Mr. Frugal", but locate him she did.

"It's been a very long time since I've helped out someone so deep into the criminal element, Mr. Frugal. But it truly means something that you would turn to me for help ...and help you I will try to do. Now hold still. This won't hurt a bit."

After much poking and prodding, it finally looks perfect.

"Now ... it's very important that you try not to move until the heat is off of you, Mr. Frugal. If you move ... well ... I can't help you. Good luck!"

She scurries off, eyes shifting around nervously in hopes that no one spotted her. The LAST thing she needs is for someone to connect her to a beast such as "He". He's on his own now. May luck grace him.
