    Difficulty definitely is an issue. It comes down to risk vs. reward. Time can also be a part of risk, so by making a mildly difficult yet time consuming process (long quest) instead of an extremely difficult yet quit way (raiding, everyone would have a shot at them regardless of guild affiliation.

    I somewhat agree with you about the whole difficult respec thing. The problem that arises from making respec requirements on raid monsters is that anyone not apart of the raid scene is essentially left out. There needs to be multiple ways of attaining them. While all should be difficult, you shouldn't be FORCED to raid to acquire one.

    I'm currently in a mainstream art program, i've been working loads on a portfolio which is due in a week and a bit, I'm trying to get into Illustration, which then I'm hoping of hopping into the gaming industry for concept art, or other entertainment values.
